Bible Reading One-To-One

What is “Bible Reading One-To-One (BROTO)”? Think of it like a club at church. Remember in high school how there were groups for Spanish, Robotics, weightlifting and that kind of thing? BROTO is a church club.

What do we do at BROTO Get-Togethers on Wednesday nights from 7 to 8 PM in Room 3291?

  1. Form relationships with other people.
We all need connections with others that are significant and not superficial.
  1. Be amazed by the Gospel of Mark.
Mark is full of surprises on every page. No other book or movie could compare. And the best part is that it is all true and relevant for every person.
  1. Imagine ways to read portions of the Gospel of Mark with another human being outside of the club.
This is where this BROTO gets its name. This “someone else” could be your friend, sibling, spouse, classmate, or grandmother. You can meet at home, the park, school, Peet’s Coffee or on Zoom.
