What if it’s true?

Dear Friends,

What if it is true that Jesus died for sinners, that the tomb is empty, that the demand for justice was satisfied, and that He lives forever? What are the implications for you and the rest of humanity?

  • It means that salvation is available to all people who believe in Christ as their Lord and Savior.
  • It means that death is not the end for believers in Jesus Christ.
  • It means that Jesus is not just a historical figure or religious leader but is alive and available.
  • It means that there is hope for the world and that the alleviation of pain and suffering is imminent.
  • It means that intimacy with God is possible today and forever.

A few reminders:

  • For those who registered for our “Passover Dinner,” be sure to arrive on time (5:30 pm).
  • Our “Good Friday” service starts promptly at 7 pm.
  • The “Children’s Egg Hunt” is at 10 am Easter morning.
  • Come early for our Easter service at 10:45 am, otherwise you might have to go to our Campus Center for the live-stream.
  • We will celebrate the life of Mae Condie at 2:00 pm on Saturday.
  • Hobie Landrith went to be with His Savior yesterday afternoon. There will be a celebration of Hobie’s life at Alta Mesa a week from today at noon. Please pray for Peggy and the entire family.

I encourage you to prayerfully read Luke 24 before our Easter service. I have handed out several Easter invitation cards and it is not too late to invite people you know who have no hope!

Because the tomb is empty,
Glen
