Darren gives leadership to the spiritual formation pathway at Valley Church. He helps people of all ages develop as modern-day disciples of Jesus. He oversees Community Groups, Adult Education, Children’s, Youth, Men’s and Women’s ministries. He also preaches sometimes. He has been married to his wife Becky (the apple of his eye) since 1994. They have four kids: Anna (2003); Ethan (2005); Caroline (2007); and Rachael (2010). Darren has a B.A. from UC Davis, a law degree from the University of Oregon, and a M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He loves to read, cheer for the Oregon Ducks, and spend time with his family.
