In 2 Cor. chapter 4 the Apostle Paul provides some needed insight into the problems, the suffering, the afflictions that we face and how we should handle them – either we can handle them, or they will surely handle us! It is not easy to see God in our afflictions because we often do not understand God’s thoughts and ways. We sometimes ask, why me, why now, why this? Thus we need wisdom and insight in dealing with the realities of life in a way that pleases our Master!
